Fundraising

The Board of Bangor Youth Hockey recognizes that hockey is an expensive sport.  In an effort to reduce hockey bills, the Board offers families an opportunity to participate in fundraisers.  

2010-2011 Fundraisers
 

WREATH SALES.    BYH will be selling Fresh Maine Balsam Wreaths from Rideout's again this year.   Plain wreaths are $11.00 and decorated wreaths will be $17.00.    For each wreath sold, the player will receive $5.00 credit on their hockey bill.    Orders need to be turned into team managers by November 11th.     Download the instruction form and order form to begin taking orders.       Orders will be need to be picked up at Rideout's, 320 Billings Road, Hermon on Friday, November 26th and Saturday, November 27th between 9:00 and 6:00.

TAG DAY.   Players are asked to participate in fundraisers at local businesses to help raise money for BYH.   Each player who participates will receive a $35.00 credit on their hockey bill.  We will provide jerseys for players to wear, as well as collection cans.    We have the following locations (more to be posted).

Thursday, September 30th @ Sea Dog Restaurant (4:00 - 7:00) Three players
Friday, October 1st @ Sea Dog Restaurant (4:00 - 7:00)  Three players
Sat. October 16th @ Sam's Club (8:00 - 10:00; 10:00 - 12:00; 12:00 - 2:00; 2:00 - 4:00 and 4:00 - 6:00)  Two to four players
Sun. October 17th @ Sam's Club (10:00 - 12:00; 12:00 - 2:00; 2:00 - 4:00; 4:00 - 6:00)  Two to four players
Sat. October 23rd @ Sam's Club (8:00 - 10:00; 10:00 - 12:00; 12:00 - 2:00; 2:00 - 4:00 and 4:00 - 6:00)  Two to four players
Sun. October 24th @ Sam's Club (10:00 - 12:00; 12:00 - 2:00; 2:00 - 4:00 and 4:00 - 6:00)  Two to four players
